My family was moving from out of state and we...

My family was moving from out of state and we needed someone familiar with Atlanta area. We found Carl and the entire team to be so knowledgeable and made our transfer out of state seemlees. From detailed information on schools, best places for entertainment, which organization my son should tryout for baseball, and so much more advice, he perfectly targeted communities that worked perfect for our family. During our home search, Carl's experience with home building, construction, and engineering saved us from placing offers on houses that had major issues that other agents would not be aware of.
