Carl wasn't just a great realtor. He is a fantastic human being as well showing outstanding character. He is very knowledgeable as a seller and a buyer since he helped me on both sides of the coin. He helped me with the property before showings after snowstorms, he is easy to reach on the phone and he is a genuine good guy. He will tell you the truth about a matter and help you to understand the market and what you should or shouldn't do to get the best result for a sale. He won't pressure you one way or another but he will make sure you make an educated decision. He wasn't just a fantastic realtor, I would say he is an outstanding friend as well. I will be referring him to anyone that needs a realtor in the future.
