Carl helped us get an awesome home in the midst of COVID! Carl helped my husband and I put it an offer in on the same day that we let him know we wanted to. We got the offer accepted the next day! Carl facilitated picking up documents and checks and worked with the sellers realtor behind the scenes to work everything out smoothly. We closed on time with Carl present and the whole process was painless. Carl was communicative and honest, and we genuinely thank him.
