We hired Carl to sell our home. As first time home buyers, we didn't have a lot of the process down. He was patient and explained everything and never made us feel like it was a stupid question or wasting his time. We appreciated that he moved quickly and had a great photographer that he used. He was dedicated and got the house sold quickly. We actually sold it on the first open house, the first weekend it was listed. Escrow was fairly painless and communicated well. Would definitely recommend.

Carl sold our home to us in Moorpark in 2008. In 2021 we decided to sell, and contacted Carl again. So happy we did. He informed us where the market was, where we sat in the market, and what our options were. We sold in 3 days well above asking. Because of Carl's expertise he creates an environment of confidence and no need for second guessing. One of my favorite things about Carl is his easy personality and sense of humor. As a relatively young agent, Carl sold us our house 25 years ago and sold it for us recently. We chose Carl as our selling agent because he kept in contact with us and the community over the years and was always available to help with ideas and opportunities. Choosing an agent wasn't easy because we know several in the area but Carl was the one who took the time to canvas the area and meet with people. We quickly learned it was a wise choice. He came to our house and went over everything with us, letting us know just what to expect. He showed us the details of the other houses in the area and did a market analysis of our house for comparison, and advised us on how we should price it to gain the most interest. He had a professional photographer come and take pictures and even brought props to help make the place look more appealing in photographs. Then there was the brochure...not just a sales flyer like most realters make, but a highly professional brochure detailing, in words and pictures, the attributes of the house. He stayed in constant communication with us during the selling process and was always available through texting and phone calls if we had any concerns or questions. If we ever move back to the area, I will certainly call upon Carl again.

Being out of state sellers, Carl went above and beyond his realtor duties to guide and help us with the sale of our rental property . He sold our house in one showing and got us $25,000 above our selling price. He was attentive, very patient and communicated with us and our tenant throughout the stressful process of selling a property from afar. We found Carl to be a warm, caring, trustworthy and very knowledgeable individual and recommend him highly.

Carl De Palma was a precious gift to us at a difficult time and there are simply not enough great things I can say about him. We were under pressure to sell our mother’s charming yet modest home quickly as she needed the funds to support her assisted living. As is not uncommonly the case, the family dynamics were complex to say the least. Carl was unequivocally our champion. The house needed a fair amount of work to make it saleable and we were at some distance and of course trying to add this gigantic and urgent task on to our already full lives. Carl helped not only with finding the right contractors, who did good quality and fairly priced work, but also with advising us on how we should spend our maintenance and repair budget wisely AND he helped by overseeing the work as it progressed and I’m quite sure got us the best quality and speediest overhaul we could have hoped for. As I mentioned, the family drama got messy, and Carl handled absolutely every aspect with not only impeccable professionalism and equanimity, but also with genuine compassion and concern. When we came to time to list, we got 3 good quality offers, 2 just under and one just over asking; he set the price perfectly for us to be happy that we as seller and the wonderful buyer were happy that our well loved house would be set up for a new beginning.
