I can very easily give Carl the accolades of dedication and professionalism and his vast knowledge of the Tucson real estate market but mainly I would like to emphasize his patience in working with me due to the difficulties in communicating. My mountain and forest location at times hindered clear communication between us and the fact that I'm without computer didn't help matters.
