Carl is the best realtor I've ever hired. He helped with the purchase of a house in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona. He was friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with his time. He kept in constant contact throughout the buying and move-in process and was an enormous help when unexpected issues with the house popped up. He was totally dedicated to making sure the house was in the condition it should be. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
