Carl sold my last house, and has now just helped us find an amazing deal on a new home and our experience has been great. I highly recommend. He knows the market and can predict prices very well which made the sale of my first home a pleasant surprise to get more than I initially expected. The next experience just ended and we negotiated a purchase for well under asking! We had shopped for a few months with him but then sunk our collective teeth into this home. He was able to get us the deal we predicted but should not have been able to achieve. He is very personable and super competent and used those skills to the max for us.
