Once listed, the house sold very quickly due to her marketing and correct pricing of the home. She kept in contact with us through every step and that made the whole interaction easy and comfortable. We could ask questions along the way and she responded immediately. We knew she would do a good job for us as she has helped our daughter and son purchase their first homes. Once we had our offer accepted, she gave us guidance throughout the inspection process on what was normal for what we were looking at and what were red flags.
