Carissa did everything she could to promptly sell this condo. She arranged removing the junk, getting it re-carpeted and re-painted, as well as replacing the stove. She had it beautifully staged. Once it was ready, she priced it right and it sold immediately for significantly more than the asking price, with multiple offers. She could not have done more!
