We've worked with Carissa & Brenda to buy and sell twice in the past few years, and each time they've been great to work with. Brenda was so responsive at any time of day (even on holiday weekends!), and got things done quickly and efficiently; she also persisted in negotiating a fair price which allowed us to buy the home that we really loved in a fast-moving market. She & Carissa also sold 2 homes for us at or above our asking price. Would highly recommend these savvy ladies to anyone looking to buy or sell!
