She was very helpful, persistent and responsive. She knows the local market very well, has lots of local contractor contacts. I also appreciated that her advice came from her own experiences buying and selling houses so the advice was very practical. Selling a house from a different state can be challenging we she used email, video calls and all the required signatures were handled through digital signature so the process was very easy. She responded very quickly to any questions I had on filling out all the paperwork and broke it down in a way that made it easy for me to understand. I also appreciate her sharing her experience with how to price the house in just the right spot to generate lots of interest but still get a price I was very happy with. I will happily recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell and I trust she will take great care of them.
