Carina exceed my expectations from the very beginning that we spoke to her on a zoom call the way she was explaining the process of purchasing a home. As a 1st time home buyer the experience was straight forward, easier than what I thought but wouldn’t be that way without Carina help. she is such an excellent communicator, I work all the time but she made the time to show me properties and work late to help me, when I believe she didn’t have to and could have waited next morning. Started off just asking question with a buyers consult and guiding me the way I need to go. And next thing I knew we were closing on my 1st home with 10k seller contribution. I totally 100% recommended her to anybody looking for a home or as simple as a buyer consult. Most definitely will be using her again for when I’m ready for my next home!

When me and my mother began the journey to sell our property I knew I wanted to work with Carina. I have followed her realtor page on instagram for some time and her knowledge about real estate is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to provide knowledgeable tips to the public and I was sure we would have nothing less than a smooth process with her. Carina stayed on top of every detail from day 1 and communicated quickly and effectively to make sure all documents were explained carefully and signed accordingly. She is extremely kindhearted and amicable and she always made me and my mother feel like we’ve known her for years. Building relationships with your clients is an important aspect and she made sure we always felt welcomed to approach her with any questions or concerns. We had a minor bump in the road with our inspection (which was expected) but Carina quickly came up with a solution that she executed perfectly allowing both us as the sellers and the buyer to be satisfied on closing day. Throughout the process she communicated with the tenants living at our property to inform them of showing dates and times which ultimately was our responsibility but her dedication to serving us and also her dedication to her job pushed her to go above and beyond. I will never stop recommending Carina to all of my friends and family, she is a prime example of what an outstanding realtor should be. I absolutely hope to work with her again in the future!
