My website, Come Home to Lake County is exactly what I did, when I moved here in 2016. I have been coming to Lake County since I was 6 months old and have created a lifetime of wonderful memories in this county. In 1998, with two children of my own, I knew I wanted them to have the same experience I did as a child, so I purchased a tiny cabin on the lake in Baylis Cove. The love affair with Lake County continues within my children as well.
I became a licences Real Estate agent at the age of 23 and worked in the New Homes industry for for 18 years. I was employed by Kaufman and Broad, Davidon, and Shapell Homes. Closing hundreds of new homes in varies communities from San Jose to Oakdale, Pleasant Hill to Danville. My job description included writing contracts, securing financing, home interior options selections from electrical extras, to cabinet colors and wood flooring. Maintaining and successfully closing the new home community out.
Re-sale became the most logical next step in my career, after staying home and raising children for a few years. I started my training in previous owned homes with Keller Williams Danville.
I became G.R.I. Certified and obtain 112 hours of additional training in financing, building codes, commercial investment properties, ethics and contract law. I have worked with first time buyers, move up sellers and forever home seller/buyer and investors. All with a very high success rate.
The best career decision I have made was to move to Lake County and start a new business in a community where we do know each others names, and know the children's and pet's names. I love my job and I will work very hard to help my clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it is a first home, vacation home or forever home. I am here to help.
