I found Carina based on a review, and am so glad that I did! I was looking to purchase a second home, but had zero knowledge on how to start or what the process entailed. The only thing I knew was that I should decide what I wanted to (or could) afford to spend and get pre-approved. In addition to being completely inexperienced, I was located in another state. Carina was so great about holding my hand every step of the way - from sending video walk throughs of potential homes, working with the sellers, coordinating with my bank and explaining next steps and actions throughout the process. She is friendly, readily available whenever you need to speak to her and maintains great control over the whole process. I felt very comfortable with every step and although buying a home always has some anxious moments, she reassured me and was a supporting and encouraging guide in getting me into my home. I loved working with her!!
