Carin is a top-notch professional and really knows the So Cal real estate market and the submarket where I was selling my father's home. She managed the property for a year before we put it on the market and then she sold the home in the general market. She made my the sale easier than I could have imagined despite some issues that arose not of her making. She made it easy for me to move through the process, plus she is a kind person on top of that. I am very grateful for her partnership.

I received excellent service and everything was dealt with professionally. This was not always easy as I was in another state and different time zone. Carin was able to present the various buyers with the individual pros and cons so I could make an informed decision. I would strongly recommend Carin. Jan Van Slyke

Carin is an excellent agent. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and very thorough. She was not "Salesy" and always looking out for us and our best interests. She had many suggestions for navigating our sale and purchase and ensured we were not spending money we didn't need to but at the same time protected in both the sale and the purchase.

Carin has been involved in several real estate transactions with me and I cannot say enough about her knowledge and ability to handle any type of real estate transaction, large or small, difficult or easy. This particular transaction was a short sale and she was able to negotiate a very favorable outcome for me. nI would highly recommend her. nThank you, nGlenda Griffin

Some years ago we were looking for investment properties and Top Agent helped us find a house that had dropped the price the same day. It was a great investment. Some years later we trusted Top Agent to put our house on the market right after Christmas, the same day we had several offers and 30 days later we close Escrow. It is a pleasure working with Top Agent. and we will highly recommend them to anyone.
