Carin is absolutely fantastic! If you are looking to buy or sell a home I cannot recommend her enough. We were looking for both multi-family and single family homes from Long Beach down to Huntington Beach and Carin's knowledge of the area and each city and neighborhood was incredible. She is truly lovely to work with. There were many times we looked at a property and spent and hour+ talking after because we enjoyed her company so much. If you are looking or have looked to buy or sell in 2021 you probably know crazy the housing market is/was. We were in escrow a number of times over the course of the year and Carin masterfully helped us navigate the insanity. The only down side in Carin finding us a fantastic property in Belmont Shore is that we don't get to see her anymore! We will definitely be using Carin for any future home purchases!
