Carie helped the reviewer buy this property

Five stars isn't enough for Carie Carpunky!

Carie made the search for our first home seamless and stress-free. Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched, and her responsiveness is next-level. She listened, educated us on every step, and found us a perfect home that we adore. She spotted red flags we would have missed and navigated closing with total poise. Most impressively, she got our offer accepted below the asking price. After spotting a minor basement moisture issue, Carie even gave us her own dehumidifier as a house warming gift. Not only did we find a perfect home but found a true friend in the process. Carie is sharp, professional, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for her clients. Highly recommended!
