Fantastic RE Professional: Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Not Afraid of a Challenge

Relocating out of state is a challenging experience at best. Moving to an area you have never been to is even more so... Cari Payne was referred to me as a Relocation Specialist, and she has utilized her professional skills and caring manner to assist me over the past several months. And finally, success, I found the home I was searching for and have closed! Cari was diligent over the course of our months long search. She went above and beyond to meet my numerous needs and requests! Her communication and listening skills are excellent and she carefully honed in on my specific wants as well as recognized my concerns. I was reviewing a number of different options from multi-family, to 55+ communities, to single family homes, and Cari's knowledge of the local area, willingness to perform home visits, do research, along with her genuine friendliness and concern, and willingness to volunteer much information made my home search experience a pleasure on all fronts! We eventually narrowed down the search and I am now a homeowner and soon to be Kuna resident.
