Cari Fitzgerald was awesome in negotiating the final purchase price of my condo. All of the same 2-bedroom models in this building were selling for about $6,000 more than I was able to spend. She convinced the sellers to reduce their asking price because I was being charged nearly $3,000 to break my apartment lease so I could purchase their condo soon after they listed it. They eventually agreed! They were happy with their quick sale and I was blessed to afford this beautiful condo.
