Carey is a delight to work with…. Always available to fit your schedule… knowledgeable about the market and details of each community… promptly responds to questions and responsive to issues that arise… freely gives of her time and does not get frustrated with any changes in your search criteria… not pushing you to make a untimely decision… a pleasure to work with

I met Carey at a craft fair in Vero Beach while on vacation in January 2023. She had a table set up for Keller Williams. My husband and I were playing with the idea of either moving to Florida permanently or buying a second residence here. She actively listened to me and said she would work with us the following week whenever she had free time. Her communication skills, marketing, emails, attention to detail and organization were superb. We were shown probably 20 homes, both new builds and previously owned, in various developments in Vero Beach. She was always so nice to other agents working on the same deal. I admired her honesty, her ability to network, and her organization. And she always dressed very neatly and appropriately . We are now settling into a beautiful home in Vero Beach. I highly recommend Carey Ryan.

Carey is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She gives information, but does not push. Working with her was a pleasure. I would be happy to work with her again.

Carey is an exceptional realator and person. Her knowledge and professionalism are above and beyond any other realator I have ever worked with. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Carey! She will find you the perfect home and you will truly enjoy working with her. Thank you Carey!

Carey Ryan provided us with exceptional service as our realtor. She went above and beyond for us in this process and while we were out of state. She was honest, prompt, and took detail of exactly what we were looking for in a home and found it- under budget! I highly recommend her.
