Carey facilitated the sale of our beautiful but complicated, somewhat rural property in Boulder county. Carey had to iron out a lot of different details, which she did masterfully. She just keeps at it and knows the business. She is as great to work with on day one, as she is on any subsequent day of the buying and selling process. She also helped us find our next property and went through the purchasing process with us! No drama, no panic, just kindness, a chuckle or two, and a work ethic like no other realtor we have worked with. We may need to sell again, for work. Carey is helping me determine what to update in our current home. I feel confident that what we choose to do will benefit BOTH us and the future buyer.

Carey did a masterful job negotiating through a complicated buying process protecting our best interest all along the way. She was very helpful in identifying good properties, showing us plenty of options and then honing her selection criteria based upon the feedback we provided. Her availability was great and she was very accommodating in showing properties in the evening and on weekends. When we talk to friends that are looking to buy a home, we are quick to ask if they have an agent and if we can refer them to Carey. We would definitely work with her again!

First and foremost, Carey is a really Quality individual! She did a great job and even took time out her personal life, re-paint cabinets in our two bathrooms! She was a real pleasure to work with. She did everything that you would want a real estate agent to do for you and then some. From staging the house, to professional photography and the listing, everything was first rate. We got a dozen offers the first day the property was listed! I recommend her highly!!!
