The condo was purchased when we were in NY state, using a traveling notary and Careys help. It went very smoothly. She arranged a loan and we transferred the remaining money. We also used her to sell the condo. We moved further outside of Sarasota City. Carey arranged the sale and suggested an asking price. The sale went smoothly with her help.
