Caren is awesome and so easygoing. She listens to what you want and is very understanding when things come up. In the house selling/buying process, there are always hiccups, some bigger than others and Caren takes them all in stride. Don't hesitate in giving her a call if you're looking to buy or sell. She knows the market, is good at what she does, and is an all-around lovely person.

You will feel like she is only working with you even know she has multiple clients.
