Caren was amazing, she was there every step of the way. She got top dollar for my house, I walk away with more money then I thought I would get. Caren always kept me informed and in the loop from day one. I would recommend her to all friends and family, at times when I didn’t know what to do next she already had it planned out and told me what to expect and handled everything from the last day of closing.
Happiness͏ is finding "your" Realtor I've been licensed since 1973 having managed the sales of over 800 new homes with over 400 sold with Realtors. I have found Caren to be an exceptional Realtor to work with. She listens very well and her professionalism is quite impressive. I'm excited about having a continuing business relationship with her. I would highly recommend her for any real estate need. I have turned over all of real estate needs to Caren.

We needed to sell our lot in Ocala, FL but were at a loss as to whom we could go for. Our realtor in Royal Palm searched for a realtor in the Ocala area and suggested Caren Barnes. We made contact and Caren who took it from there, walking us through the listing process all the way to the final sale in less than three months. She has been a delight to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, informative andhelpful in every way and we haven’t even met in person! I highly recommend her!
Caren is extremely efficient and professional. She cared about us and our condo purchase. I cannot imagine going through the process without a wonderful realtor like Caren. She kept in contact with us and kept us informed every step of the way. Caren is very knowledgeable and assisted us to find contractors and insurance providers, over and above what we would expect from a realtor. I highly recommend Caren to anyone who wants a thorough, professional agent.
