When it comes to buying a home, you want a person who can answer all your questions, knows the process, and has your back when it comes to any issues. I've learned home buying is like navigating a labyrinth of obstacles and trials that, if you don't have the right guide, you will have hardships. This was my first home I purchased, and it was such a learning experience, and, to be honest, a bit of a pain, that I am not rushing in to do it again for awhile. But, having a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate person to guide you through to process makes all the difference. And that is Cara Sufficool. If I had a question , she answered it, a concern, she looked into it, and if I was wrong or misunderstood something, she corrected me so I learned. And that's why I say "coach in your corner." She taught me a lot about home buying, went to bat for me when I had concerns, and made sure I understood what was happening, every step of the way. She was like a coach, a teacher, and I will be calling for her help again if I decide to purchase another home. There aren't enough words of compliment I could give her, But I would sum it up like this, Give her a call, you will not be disappointed. I know I will if I need to again.
