I had such an amazing, fun and easy experience in buying my first home with Cara. She's super fun, professional, knowledgeable of both the process, the market and even had a laundry list of contact information of professionals to come aid in home upgrades, from flooring installation to paint to cable...you name it! Cara knows the Minneapolis metro area very well and has her own personal experience in updating homes - she provided excellent insight in what I could vision for my first home! Best yet, with the process of putting in an offer, what to expect, communication and making sure we went through the entire home purchasing process was seamless! As there is always some stress in purchasing a home, Cara was reassuring and excellent at following up to make sure all was aligned and moving along smoothly.
