I would highly recommend Cara! She is amazing to work with. Cara projects calm in moments of stress, guiding her clients through these times with expertise and assurance. Cara came to our house and helped us clean, got a contractor to come fix a problem within an hour(!!!) and, in general, knew all the right people to assist us with EVERY issue we encountered. Cara is super positive, responsive and reassuring! Cara is confident and wicked savvy smart in the most personable way you could imagine. Definitely 100% recommend working with cara.

Cara is the greatest! She went above and beyond getting us into our new home after the Camp Fire. She is Professional, courteous, intelligent, hardworking and kind. Just can't say enough good things about her!

Cara was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding of our needs. She was also very resourceful and has many good local connections that helped us get the house ready for sale. I have zero complaints. We sold the house in a little over a week!

Cara is extremely friendly, organized and on the ball. All paperwork was handled promptly, she was able to organize any walkthroughs quickly and efficiently while handling any obstacles (inspections, etc). Highly recommended! Thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.

Cara knew what to do to not only sell my house but to help me feel confident in every step of the process. She is patient, reassuring, knowledgeable, and resourceful. She has excellent connections for help in inspections and getting the house looking it's best. She handled every step with grace and competence. So glad we had the opportunity to use her skills!

Easy, calm and personable. We enjoyed her demeanor very much. We did refer one of our relatives to her and I believe they had her list their house that is for sale.

Cara was an easy choice when I needed help selling my duplex quick. She wasted no time collecting specs, getting it listed and scheduling walk throughs. Very prompt with all documents, follow throughs w/ clients, etc. I highly recommend Cara for anything Real Estate related. Very friendly throughout the entire process making it an easy and stress free experience. She had offers for me above asking, in less than a week!

Cara was simply great through the whole home buying experience. She made herself available at all times and provided lots of information about each property we viewed. The buying experience was great very smooth from start to finish. Cara is very calm with a no pressure attitude. Allow Cara to to manage your expectations and she will deliver. Highly recommend. Thank you Cara for such a great experience.

My wife and I really enjoyed Cara's approach and hospitality towards finding us the right home. She was always available for us, helped with issues out of her obligations, and was the only calming aspect of a process that is usually very stressful. I would refer Cara Pearce to any of my closest friends and family menbers as I already have, becuase I know that her unique and easy going demeanor will not go unnoticed and unappreciated, as it was for my family during our search and purchasing experience. Thank you heaps!

Cara Pearce makes everything so simple and straightforward. She was always a phone call away, and extremely on top of all paperwork, filings, signatures, etc. She wastes no time getting walk-throughs and inspections scheduled. Everything comes together smoothly when working with Cara, she is in constant communication with her team and clients, and I love that she was able to meet whenever/wherever convenient for me. Once listed, she had several interested parties scheduled within 24 hours, we went into escrow within 48 hours, and closed inside of 21 days!! Amazing work, HIGHLY recommended!
