Cara Ferrara

As newbies to the home buying process, we needed so much help. Cara was with us from start to finish. The most important thing Cara did was ask us lots of questions and listen. She was very adept at taking what she heard and identifying opportunities with all the right features that we wanted. She was patient, and answered every question quickly or found the answer and got right back to us. She has been in the Paso Robles/San Luis Obispo area for many, many years and her knowledge of the area is exceptional. She understands the nuances of the neighborhoods and areas. She was proactive and helpful. She has a great network to draw from when we asked for additional information on some quirky items. Cara was extremely flexible with our schedule, as we were not living near where we ultimately purchased our home. She even did a number of facetime video tours when we could not get there on short notice. Cara is cheerful, professional and fun to work with. She made the whole stressful experience wonderful for us. We are grateful to her!

From the moment I met Cara I knew we would work great together. With her easy to get along with personality to her drive and motivation to sell our home quickly, she was exactly what we needed. We knew from the start that she had our best interest at heart. She helped us with everything from finding someone for repairs to junk removal. Not to mention she had our house sold in a VERY short amount of time for ABOVE asking price. We were very impressed with Cara and all she has to offer. Cara had good knowledge of the various areas we were looking. She was always ready to show us a house on the drop of a dime and very patient if we decided a house was not what we wanted.
