Cara Erdman was a referral from a family member who had two successful transactions. We moved to WA state in the midst of COVID (March 2020). Cara was able to navigate all the new challenges and show us at least 8 homes (masks-gloves/social distance/ no one else around). After making our decision, she helped secure the purchase our new home. She was always prompt, answered all our comms right away. Cara is awesome! Our target home received 10 offers, it went crazy over asking; escrow closed on time and right away. I highly recommend her. Further, Cara is a great real property resource, and she is now helping us navigate the remodel with some timely advice.
