Caprice Little

When buying your first home, there are so many moving pieces and zero clue of what is going on. My fiancé and I spent a lot of time deciding on who was going to lead us through this journey as our realtor. After much consideration, we decided on Caprice Little. Caprice was beyond amazing. She met with us to discuss wants/needs of a home, location we wanted to live in and expectations. She went through from top to bottom on everything we had questions about going the extra mile in customer service. What meant a lot to me during the buying process was she didn’t waste our time. She was very strategic in the homes she showed us and all of them met or exceeded our expectations. We found our dream home with Caprice and she made the process a dream as well. We were never in the dark about any information, we had all the documents we needed up front and once we put in an offer she checked in regularly. Not only was Caprice amazing throughout the process, she only works with the best people to finish the job. She suggested an amazing lender and home inspector to complete our home buying process. All around great personalized experience while working with Caprice; we felt like a priority throughout the entire process!
