We built our new home from a distance, as we were a three-hour drive from Fairmont. C’Anna, as our relator, communicated our interests and concerns to the builder and their representative during the building process, and we were satisfied with the resolutions and pleased with the completion of our new home. She was our advocate throughout the process. We found C’Anna deeply knowledgeable about real estate principles and practices, as well as the local housing market and trends. She was professional, patient, insightful, energetic, and active throughout. She heard our needs/wants/limitations of a new home and provided her professional/individual opinions. As an example, she actively participated in the selection of the exterior/interior finishes of our new home.
