Candyce was very knowledgable about the market. She readily answered any and all questions that we had. She was able to explain things in terms I could understand. At one point, she even sent a packet of information to help me become familiar with how the process worked. She was very willing to help navigate all online processes, which was extremely beneficial to myself and my aging mother. She always helped with kindness and patience. Candyce readily responded to all texts and calls. She set up times to view homes quickly and managed her time efficiently in coordination with my time frames. She texted each time paperwork had been emailed to us and made certain that we had an understanding of all documents that were sent. In our situation, my mother was out of state and purchasing this home with me. The situation was complicated and time consuming and difficult to coordinate. At each step, Candyce was kind and patient and willing to communicate with my mother as well as myself. I feel that Candyce went out of her way to help me navigate the whole process with ease. Her communication skills are exceptional but her thoughtfulness and helpfulness are the attributes that set her apart. She had a great understanding of our unique situation because she listened and beyond that, she cared. She was aware of our need to move rather quickly to find a home, and she maneuvered her schedule a number of times to accommodate our schedules to view homes. Candyce kept the whole process moving seamlessly. Closing happened promptly. She was energetic and encouraging the whole way through. I highly recommend her services to anyone needing a realtor who goes above and beyond to find the home of your dreams.
