Candyce is remarkable on every level. She’s the most knowledgeable realtor that I’ve worked with. From running comps in our area when we were looking to list our home to a supplying a plethora of contractors to help fix things here and there. Her communication was impeccable. Not only was she in contact with me almost daily throughout the process, but also scheduling everything and keeping me in the loop. She never pushed or pressured when I was unsure about something. She held my hand from start to finish and walked me through things I didn’t understand. Not only did she help me sell my first home, she found my forever home and fought for the best outcome for both. We had a heck of a journey together throughout this process. While home buying/ selling can be an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process any time I felt under water she was right there with a life vest helping me tackle any problem we came across. If I ever decide to do this again there’s no doubt in my mind she will be my first call.
