Candy was working with my father to help sale two plots of adjoining land, one with a house on it. Between selling the first plot and closing on the second one with a house on it, my father passed away leaving the last plot to be sold by my sister and I. Despite the many hurdles and difficulties this created, Candy continued to represent the house as my sister and I inherited it and she became our Realtor instead. She was very understanding and helpful as we figured out what we needed to do to be able to legally sign for the house. Candy was willing to meet when/wherever necessary to be able to get everything signed and taken care of while the restrictions in place due to COVID-19 made these kinds of things more difficult. She was very persistent in her pursuit of helping us close on the house and was not afraid to offer suggestions that would keep the potential buyer happy until we could close. We had 3 different people who needed to sign to close on this house and Candy was able to orchestrate everything with the title company to have the documents filled and all signed by the same date and us receive our money within 24 hours later. I was extremely pleased and happy to have had Candy help us through such a difficult process at such a difficult time. I would definitely recommend her as your next realtor!!!
