I sought her out because I knew she was the best.

I had two rental properties that I purchased in my twenties and look to sell them in my sixties. My first house i went with a realtor that I knew. As the weeks went by I noticed realtors from different agencies would leave their cards on the counter signifying they had been there with potential customers. So I called all of them and left messages. Candy was the only person that called me back. We talked about the history of the house, my expectations and other general information that would give her more background and hopefully make her more effective in selling the house. About a week later she sold the house for above what I was hoping to get. When it came time to selling the second house, there wasn't a doubt in my mind who I was going to use. She stayed in touch through the entire process, she helped with contractors to help get the house ready, she pushed buyers to get their lawyers to move, she was always analyzing the situation and helping make adjustments in our strategy to sell and was fun to work with. I don't have any more houses to sell but if I did, there is nobody I would contact other than her.
