Candy was absolutely phenomenal! She helped me look for a home for over 1 year and was always responsive and reliable. She offered knowledge and insight and never tried to pressure me into buying a house. Even after we settled, there were some issues with the sellers agent and Candy was still responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved as soon as possible. She truly cares about her clients and I would recommend anyone to work with her.

Candy knows the market very well, knew what we were searching for and where, he even gave advice to our out-of-state realtor because she had her house overpriced and it end up selling for exactly what candy said she would have listed for in the beginning! Candy is the best. I had contacted a few other realtors and none responded. I then saw Candy’s name in the actual for sale sign and called and left her a message and she called me back in less than 5 minutes and had us scheduled to see the house we wanted the very next morning. She was the best realtor I have ever felt with and as soon as I talked to her I already knew I wanted her to sell our house for us when we were done buying this one. She even made sure to call the seller and put him on speaker so that we didn’t think she was giving us fast information since she’s working for the seller. We told her we totally trusted her and that she did not have to do that but she went above and beyond, and did that to make sure we felt comfortable with her. That’s how great she is. She is definitely still going to sell our house because we wouldn’t want anyone else and I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who is selling or buying a house. I never dealt with Adam, but if he’s anything like Candy, then I already know he’s great too.

Our second time having Candy as our agent was even better than the first time! She got us $20k over asking price, and even worked both sides of the deal. I couldn’t ask for any more out of her.
