Candy was great throughout the whole process of buying our new home construction. She was there every step of the way and was very vigilant on our first walk through. Her knowledge, expertise and dedication is something to admire. We will certainly recommend her to family and friends!

Candy has been remarkable throughout the process of selling our home, after so much stress and having to push back our closing (due to the other party) many times, she always kept me calm and was able to overcome it all. I could honestly say that thanks to Candy's knowledge and expertise this transaction was successful. Candy always put our interest first and my family and I will always be grateful for that. Candy's known my family and I for years now and has always taken time our of her busy schedule to do many things for us at a moments notice. Most recently Candy listed my home in Saint Augustine for sale and the process was very easy and smooth! It was a very quick-paced listing and Candy helped tremendously with all the scheduling and tasking required to stage and sell your home (by helped I mean she did nearly everything)! We had over 10 offers in the first 2 days at above our list price! Candy made it very easy to go through all the offers and select the top competing offers to reach back out to those buyers. We had a great transaction with her and would definitely ask her to help us buy or sell again in the St. Augustine area!

Candy found us the exact house we were looking for. Helped us through the closing, saving us lots of money by making sure the seller (a large Florida builder) kept all their promises, and she got them to throw in a lot of added extras. Candy was always available and kept in touch with us and the seller's agent. The closing went as planned and only took about 15 minutes. She also knows the the area (St Augustine/Jacksonville) and gave us the names of some good movers and storage facilities. To sum it up, she was perfect for us.

Candy is absolutely the best realtor - from a buyers, renters, AND sellers perspective (and my husband and I have been all three)! Even though we had never used her before, she helped my husband and I find a condo to rent when we first moved to the area. We had such a great experience with her for something that was likely so trivial for her (but meant the world to us), that we decided to use her again 2 years later when we were ready to buy a home. My husband had some unrealistic expectations and she very professionally brought him around to a more appropriate budget for what we were looking for - which turned out to be such a great investment for us! We just sold that home, and she also assisted us in finding our new home - new construction. But not after showing us so many other homes. We determined that the new construction was our best option but truly Candy was always so on the same page as my husband and I. The best part is, she has become a lovely friend of ours through the years as well. I have no question that for as long as Candy is a realtor, she will be our realtor. And hands down would recommend her to anyone needing to buy, sell, or rent in the Jacksonville Metro Area.
