We loved working with Candy on selling our home to purchasing our new home. Our house we were selling listed on Thursday and we under contract for above asking price on Monday. We were highly impressed with how her and her team marketed our house. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of questions and concerns that we had. When we found our new home she was able to negotiate the price we were wanting to purchase it for. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. If we ever need to sell/ buy again, we would definitely call Candy again.

I’m so glad that I got paired up with Candy when it came to buying my first home. I couldn’t imagine getting through the process with anyone else. She was extremely patient with me through out the entire process and took time to explain everything, sometimes repeatedly when I was struggling to take it all in. She was always on top of things, making sure I knew my options, super fast at responding to any of my questions and if she didn’t have the answer, she would find someone that did. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family that even hint at beginning to house shop.
