Candra helped the reviewer sell this property

Industry Professional that is very driven and passionate about selling/buying homes.

I met Candra over a decade ago through a referral and she's been amazingly consistent with her performance. I'm hard to please and always have something to say about everything. Candra is just on a different level; she's so knowledgeable about real estate and has given me very solid advice on all the homes I purchased and sold thru her. Bottom line; Candra gets me the best price (I never overpay), Candra fully informs me on every possible condition/situation so I can make an informed decision, Candra is realistic with pricing and squeezes every dollar I can get to sell my homes and most importantly, Candra is a one stop shop where I don't need to go anywhere to close - she takes care of everything with fair commission rates and low closing costs. If you are not working with Candra, you are missing out and paying more.
