Back in January 2014, my then-wife and I were looking for a home, as we were expecting a baby. Candra visited us at our apartment, and it was like talking to a family member! She listened to what we needed and walked us through the steps, since we were first-time buyers. She was knowledgeable, showing us trends in sales and comparison prices of homes in the neighborhoods we were considering. Candra patiently showed us every home we were interested in. Once we chose the home we wanted, Candra immediately negotiated a reasonable price for us. We ended up buying the home and moving in within 60 days. When I got divorced in October 2017, I called on Candra once again to sell the home. She sold it within 90 days. I eventually bought my current home through Candra in July 2019. Once again, the process, from start to finish, was within 90 days. Recently, a friend asked me if I knew a realtor, and I did not hesitate to recommend Candra. Candra had a solid buyer for my friend’s home within a few days! Just like having a family attorney, accountant or insurance agent, every family should have a realtor. Candra personality alone is unforgettable and to add on her wealth of knowledge/expertise of real estate...my husband and I were truley pleased. We appreciated her patience and determination to sell our property. She was there every step of the way, from what we needed to do to improve our home appeal to ensuring we get the best offer on our home as a seller. If I'm not mistaken she had listed our home Saturday morning and we were making our decision on offers that Sunday by 6pm.
