She readily stepped in to let the movers and handyman come into the house when we had to leave VA to be physically present during the walk through and settlement of our house in AZ. While my husband and I were on the road to AZ, we could always count on Candice to let us know what is happening. This comunnication continued while we settled in AZ up to the point of settlement. Candice made selling my house so easy. Great recommendations on what to fix and/or how to stage the house. She also marketed my house so well that we had a lot if showings quickly. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a house.
