Boom! She did it again!
Fantastic closing on the sale of our lakefront home at the Lake of the Ozarks per usual! This is the fourth house we have bought or sold through Candice. Very very happy with the results of this sale. Very impressed with her knowledge of the current market and what we can sell for. She was instrumental in strategically pricing our home and getting a price well above our expectations. In contract to buy a fifth house she found that is not listed on the MLS! Wow!
