Candice and Sam were our neighbors since we both built there about 8 years ago. They were always there to help whenever we needed anything. It was only fitting that we choose her to list our house. We have friends in real estate with bigger companies, but we had to give her a shot. Am I glad we did! She handled everything professionally and was there to answer questions and handled any issues I presented, which we numerous. Everything was great from start to finish. Only bad thing is we will never find such great neighbors again.
