Candice is a very professional and helpful agent. She always kept me informed of the latest activity happening at my house. I didn't need to chase her down for information as I have with some agents in the past. She is a very proactive agent when it comes to deadlines and making sure proper documents are ready for closing. Also, she knows many people so if you need to do some things to your house before putting it on the market, such as painting or minor repairs she can lead you in the right direction. Very Highly Recommended!
