Candace hooked us up with our moving company, kept after the condo association to provide the necessary paperwork, met the fire department at the house, checked on it after we had moved out without us even asking to be sure everything was okay. She kept the process moving forward and it seemed like she had more to do than expected, but she always managed it cheerfully. She is very knowledgeable regarding our neighborhood, always extremely professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to. We would recommend her to anyone with no hesitation. She was just a pleasure to work with.

Candice and Colleen were attentive without being pushy when I initially interviewed them. They suggested the market value of the unit I was selling was much higher than others I interviewed and they delivered on quickly finding a buyer at that higher price. Their understanding of what was needed to quickly get my home on the market and sold so my purchase could proceed was superb. They staged my home with my own belongings in a way that made me feel simultaneously at home and like professional decorators had taken over to make everything pop. On the buying side of the transaction both Candice and Colleen were present whenever possible. I never had to worry my schedule would be too difficult to work around. They helped me successfully negotiate a purchase at under asking price with several contingencies in spite of the extremely hot market. Candice and Colleen represent the best in professionalism and even helped with all the little details that really should have fallen on my shoulders.
Five stars across-the-board. I would recommend her again and again. She was an expert in the market and an expert in the process. she was well-connected to people and products that facilitated the sale of my home with the utmost of ease. She personally planted flowers on my property to enhance the visual appeal in the cold and rain on her hands and knees. What does that tell you about her commitment to selling your home?
I have many great things I could say about my experience working with Candice Beecher, but the two most important are that (1) she worked really, really hard to help us find our house from day 1 and (2) she did an amazing job keeping track of details (even ones that I wouldn't have expected her to, like when we needed to give our landlord notice). Highly recommend! Actually, after writing the above, I realized that I forgot to mention (1), that she always got back to us in record-quick time!
