Candice found me the Perfect home for my budget range and was with me EVERY step of the way. There was never a time she couldn’t get to her phone. Candice was the ultimate professional. Not only did she facilitate the entire showing process efficiently and quickly, but she also used her expertise and tenacity to field through any issues we came across. We encountered a last minute situation that was stressful and actually threatened the sale of the house. She tirelessly worked on the seemingly impossible situation with her lawyer until it was solved. I’m not sure another lawyer would have worked as hard to solve the issue and we are thankful everything worked out.
