Candence was an awesome realtor to work with. She was the best person for the job. Although my wife and I had contact with many realtors in the area, we chose to utilize Candence because of our trust in her. She started by explaining the process to us of buying a home from offering suggestions of finance people to start with. Then she sent us many lists of properties on the market. When we decided on something to look at, she would show it to us with no hesitation or forcefulness. She was super dedicated to the job because she was even communicating with us about properties while in labor with her newborn child. If I had to do this again, I would definitely chose Candence as our realtor.

During my home search, she kept me informed, provided property reviews that met my criteria, was never late for any scheduled appointment, and very quick in administrative follow through.
