I found Candee to be very personable and highly knowledgeable. She was always willing to do research to find out answers to questions. Candee is way too patient and NEVER pushy. I will highly recommend her to anyone I can. She is amazing. I am still surprised at how hard she worked for us considering the starter home price range we were in.

Outstanding things about Candee: when we couldn't make a home tour, she would send a personal video walk through tour, when we had questions about adding on or foundations, she would use builder connections to find the answers, she kept our interest first (phone calls , emails, new houses, contract) - up to date and timely. Knows the area very well and offers suggestions to help settle in.

Candee helped with every detail, from start to finish, she was there. At the beginning she came over to give advise on updating, staging and decluttering and was really helpful before we even listed. Once listed she used various social media methods to market our house and network with others to get the word out about our house. She helped in price adjustment and negotiation and was quick to respond to all of my questions and communication. Even after we moved out, she was there to keep an eye on our house for every showing and make sure things were running smoothly. I highly valued her connections and reputation in the community and knowledge of the housing industry.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Candee on the selling and buying side. When something came up on the sellers end a week before closing which would've changed our closing date, Candee worked her magic and got the deal done allowing us to close as planned.
