Candace, the daughter of Cindy Petit, is a native to Transylvania County where she enjoys all the amazing things that the WNC mountains have to offer. Candace lives in Brevard with her husband and son Howie. She believes that there is truly no better place to start a family than in Transylvania County. In her free time, she enjoys biking, reading, visiting coffee shops, watching sports and spending time outdoors with her dogs. As a graduate of Rosman High School, Candace continued her education at North Greenville University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2018 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Choosing to continue her education and follow her mothers footsteps, Candace received a Real Estate Brokers License from Cumbie and Trull Real Estate School. Candace is excited to share her love of real estate and serving others by working diligently for her clients and representing Petit Properties, Inc.
