I moved to Brevard from Broward county so looking for a home in another county 2 hours from home was a bit challenging. I was on Zillow everyday with my Google Sheet of places to see on the weekend. I met Candace while she was showing a house to one of her clients. After she checked to see if we were with another agent and me begging to see the one she was showing she agreed to show me the home I had found online myself. That was not the home I purchased. When leaving that house she provided me with her business card and a gift card to a local restaurant, which was awesome because we were starving after a day of roaming around looking at places. I emailed Candace and she set up alerts for me and I stacked them up weekly sometimes bi-weekly to come up for a visit on the weekend to see. This was a time (May - July 2022) when properties were flying on and off the market within record time. I would supply her (mostly her lovely assistant Destinie) with a HUGE list of places I was interested to see and gave her about a day or two notice that I wanted to come see them and they accommodated me every time. We would sometimes view 10+ homes in a day. Needless to say the market was ridiculous at the time and when one of the homes I put an offer in came back on the market Destinie called me immediately and we began negotiations with them. The process of purchasing is exhausting, but they Candace, Destinie and their team of Insurance agents etc. answered all of my neurotic crazy questions gracefully. I would highly recommend using Candace and her team they are amazing real estate professionals and lovely human beings!
